QuickBooks Connect

The return of Intuit's flagship conference — Vegas, sold-out crowds, and a brand experience that delivered.

INTRO
QuickBooks Connect is Intuit's flagship conference and the most important touchpoint for its most valuable audience — the accountant community. After a pandemic-era hiatus, the stakes for a comeback couldn't have been higher. Intuit chose to go big: a full-scale return at the Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, with a mandate to rebuild momentum and deepen community loyalty.

I led the end-to-end creative vision for the conference experience — developing a design system rooted in cherished optimism that translated across every touchpoint, from pre-event social presence to the main stage, booth design, and the Connectfest. The goal wasn't just a beautiful event. It was to create a moment that made QuickBooks' most important ambassadors feel seen, celebrated, and inspired.

WHY IT MATTERED
Accountants are QuickBooks' most powerful growth engine — not just users, but advocates who influence entire client networks. QuickBooks Connect exists to galvanize that community, and the design experience is a direct lever on how deeply that connection lands. The result: a sold-out conference and a QuickBooks Brand NPS lift of +19.
